    Organizing and leading a group of people in a professional set up can be tricky. Not to mention a diverse group of professionals who each comes with their own ideas, personalities, and principles.

     

    That is exactly what I’ve been doing these past 20 years. I as an organized manager of small hospital, having an eye for details has helped me to stay on top of any situation that may unexpectedly arise. This experience has honed my organization skills to the fullest.

     

    I keep tabs on the small things in anticipation of future problems. I prefer to deal with them efficiently early on to allow for a smooth operation of the company.

     

    With me at the helm of our QA committee, our hospital was able to pass the yearly monitoring inspections for standard quality assurance with flying colors.

     

    Yes, I am methodical worker and a precise analyst in performing my tasks because in the field that I’m in right now, being precise is a commandment. That does not mean I could not think outside the box. When the company was short staffed because of the pandemic, I did not hesitate to volunteer to do the task usually done by my co-worker since I am familiar with Microsoft and Google tools.


    I may be a newbie in this field but, I am open to learning new skills and am also highly trainable, so consider me a malleable clay that you can mold to be your ideal employee.
